Fino Hotel & Suites welcomes guests traveling with pets.

We appreciate how much your pets mean to you…so bring them with you!

Fino offers a limited number of pet friendly suites which can only be booked directly with the hotel by phone or email.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, additional terms and conditions apply to guests staying with pets. Please see below.

RESERVATIONS

  • Guests hoping to stay with pets are required to book directly with the hotel via telephone or email.

  • Bookings with pets are only guaranteed once written confirmation from the hotel is sent via email.

  • Fino may choose to limit the number and type of pets accepted upon check-in at our sole discretion.

  • Guests travelling with pets risk being refused check-in where the booking was made through a third party website or the hotel’s website.

ROOM SELECTION

  • A Standard Suite, and the Pet Friendly Penthouse Suite, are the two are available Suites for guests travelling with pets.

FEES & EXTRA CHARGES

  • There are no additional charges simply for bringing pets to Fino Hotel & Suites .

  • Charges apply when damage is done or additional cleaning is required due to accommodating pets.

  • In situations where remediation work is required in a suite or general hotel area due to damage caused by a pet, the owners will also be required to pay for any period of time the suite or area is unavailable for sale.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Fino Hotel & Suites accepts cats and dogs, provided they are house-trained.

  • Guests are required to clean up their pets excrement immediately.

  • Pets are required to be under effective control at all times, and are required to be either on a leash or in a suitable enclosure in public areas.

  • Dogs may not be left unattended in suites for any length of time. Cats must be enclosed in a cage or pet box when unattended in suites.

  • Guests must ensure pets do not cause interference to the quiet enjoyment of other guests.

  • Fino Hotel & Suites may require a guest to vacate the property where their pet is causing an ongoing disruption to other guests, or is otherwise interfering with the safe and efficient operation of our business.
