Fino Hotel & Suites offers a range of apartment-style suites for short and long-stay guests, individuals, couples, business travellers, families and even your furry friends!
Each suite has its own private balcony and bedrooms separate from the living, dining and kitchen areas. All of our suites are surprisingly spacious with options for one or two bedroom configurations.
Suite rate Information
Please note, each suite has three different rates, dependent on guest requirements when booking. All suite rates include daily housekeeping (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Saver rate – these are the cheapest rates available, are non refundable and require payment at the time of booking.
Flexible rate - these have a 24 hour cancellation policy and payment is required on arrival.
Long Stay - these rates are available for bookings with a minimum of 7 nights and have a 7-day cancellation policy
Standard Suites
Each of our standard suites is spacious with everything you need for a comfortable short or longer stay.
Standard suites are available to be booked as a one-bedroom (55sqm) or two-bedroom (68sqm) apartment with one bathroom, suitable for up to 4 occupants and feature a private balcony with spacious, open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, sink, stove, microwave, tea & coffee making facilities and kitchen accessories and minibar. Bathroom with shower over bath, hairdryer, towels and bathroom amenities.

Corporate Suites
Fully self-contained two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment - the perfect place to base yourself for a business trip to Christchurch. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom and with a spacious open-plan living with a balcony and dining area, there is plenty of space for relaxing after a long day or catching up on emails.

Penthouse Suites
Boasting 125sqm of space, our Penthouse suites have two large bedrooms, a large open-plan lounge, dining area, executive desk and fully equipped kitchen.
With a wrap-around balcony and sliding doors that open from the living and dining areas to the outside, the Penthouse is the perfect suite to treat yourself.
Each of the two separate bedrooms has a California King bed or can be split into twin beds and have their own ensuites.
The kitchen includes a pod coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher as well as a washing machine and dryer.

Pet Friendly Suites
We understand that your pet is a valuable part of the family.
Sometimes a vacation just wouldn't be the same without a wagging tail tagging along!
We give your furry friends a pet-friendly welcome. Fino Hotel & Suites has allocated suites specially as pet friendly suites. Pets are allowed in selected pet-friendly rooms only.
We allow pets up to 25kg. Dogs must be older than 12 months and house-trained. Only non-dangerous pet breeds are allowed. Pet beds and feeding bowls can be provided free of charge on request.
